Intro
A Navigation Mesh (NavMesh) is a collection of 2D convex polygons that represent traversable areas. The area within a NavMesh polygon is guaranteed to be obstacle-free and an agent inside the polygon can move to any other point within the polygon. An agent can safely pass through edges (AKA “portals”) shared by adjacent NavMesh polygons.
